This video is to celebrate Avinash Ananda’s talk on Happiness & Success at ‘Anandotsav 2025’ in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The audience included 300 students, teachers and parents in the capital city of Gujarat. Organised by Zenskills Activity Centers, the twin goals of the event were to promote Indian Culture and the talent of the children, while making them aware of focusing on their happiness and mental health. Arnav Ananda’s presence ( as the youngest empowerment & happiness coach) and much applauded talk on ‘ being a continuous learner and finding Joy in every moment’ added great value to the experience. Developing inner emotional strength, resilience, adaptability & a growth mindset are what parents and teachers should aim to inculcate for the kids’ mental health.
